Our Premium Ironing Board Replacement Cover/Pad for MARY PROCTOR Models will finally end your search for a quality, replacement cover that fits your beloved ironing board. Your replacement cover is proudly made in the USA (Berks County PA) and is expertly crafted from either metalized cotton with a heat reflective surface that speeds up your ironing and is resistant to stains and mildew; premium 100% cotton twill (a favorite among quilters); or 100% cotton, fun, designer prints to brighten your day. A nylon cord drawstring, fitted with a cord stop, ensures for a snug, long lasting fit.
For model numbers: 60201 or 69939 or 69966 – Order the Double Flip Model.
For model numbers: 61 or 62028 – Order the 62030 model.
Your replacement cover can be used alone, with your existing padding, or you can add an OPTIONAL super dense, needle-punched, polyester felt pad. These pads are mildew, moisture and scorch resistant and stand-up to constant pressing. The 3mm Pad (1/8 in) works well for smaller boards, especially if the board is a solid surface. The 6mm pad is best with the larger boards and those that have a mesh surface.
+++IMPORTANT NOTE+++WE HAVE YOU COVERED! We have made thousands of covers for all shapes and sizes of boards. No job is too small or too large! If your board's brand and/or model is not listed; if you have an odd-sized or unique board; or you are not certain what you need then simply contact us so we can supply the right cover for your board!
Our premium, needle-punched, polyester felt pad will add superior cushioning to your ironing board. However, since many folks already have a pad, we offer our replacement pad as an option. Having the pad separate also allows for the cover to be washed without damage to the pad. Plus the cover fits like a glove, because it does not have the bulk of the pad sewn into it. Most of our customers prefer having the pad separate; so it is win-win for everyone!Finding Your Model Number
Please note that it is important that you know your model number before you order. Although some of the models are similar in size, many are shaped differently. To find your model number, try looking on the underside of your board. Many times you will find it on a tag or stamped to the frame. If unsure, just give us a call. We make covers for any make/model board so no worries!Deciding Which Fabric is Right for Your Ironing Style
There is no right or wrong cover for your ironing board. If you are happy with the fabric on the cover you already have (or had) then stick with that. We offer a variety of fabrics so that you can replace your cover with the type that most closely meets your needs. The metalized fabrics, much like Teflon, are more slippery and are designed to reflect heat back into the underside of your garment. Therefore this type of cover can get very hot. Some folks prefer this because they feel they can iron more quickly with the reflective type fabric. The brushed twill and designer prints fabrics are more of a matte finish so your garment normally stays in place as you iron. The top of the cover does not get quite as hot as the metalized, because there are no reflective metal particles in it. Quilters and sewers like the twill, because their pieces stay put when ironing. Get one of each and you will be sure to be happy! ; )

After an initial snafu with getting my order placed, I did receive the cover & it fit perfectly. I have had this ironing board since I was married in the late 60's, so not exactly easy to replace cover. Customer service was helpful with finding my order & I am thankful I was able to replace & it was made in the USA.
